SURVEYOR
Your Requirements
* Male, age between 25 – 40 years old
* Minimum 3 years experiences in industrial estate and infrastructure
* University Degree from reputable university, majoring in Civil
Engineering
* Hard worker, ability to work under pressure, goal setting minded,
good communication skill and good team player
* Computer literate
* Fluent in both English and Bahasa
* The successful incumbents will be stationed in Surabaya

CUSTOMER RELATION SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
* Female
* D3 / S1
* Possessing good appearance and pleasant personality
* Good at English, both oral and written.
* Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented.
* Responsible, high motivated, and fast learner.
* Willing to be located in Surabaya





SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR
Your Responsibility
* Set clear and realizable sales strategies and division budgets
ensuring the achievement of agreed quality and service levels, likewise
manage and control the entire Marketing activities
* Negotiate trade terms with major clients, as per company policy
and budgets, likewise ensuring the realization of the set payment terms and
conditions
* Keep abreast of market needs and competitor activities, portfolio
and pricing structures and be able to recommend strategies in order to
effectively compete in the market.
* Responsible for meeting sales targets & budgets Responsible for
building a great relationship with Existing Customer & New Customer.
Your Requirements
* Bachelor degree (S 1), S2 Preferred
* Male/Female
* Your current position must be at similar level with at least 3
years experience in similar industry.
* Good analytical thinking
* Strong leadership, people management skills, interpersonal skills,
good communication
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Flexible to work longer hours when required
* The successful incumbents will be stationed in SURABAYA

LEGAL & PERMIT STAFF
Your Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Law
* Male
* At least 1 years experience in property & real estate industry.
* Knowledge of organizational policies in legal affairs, especially in
permit, government relation, land acquisitions and contract matters.
* Able to provide advice, assistance and support to the Management
related to legal matters.
* Strong leadership, people management skills, interpersonal skills,
good communication
* The successful incumbents will be stationed in SURABAYA
Candidate must be achievers, having clarity of thought, high sense of
commitment, ready to work and contribute in teams, willing to take
challenges and responsibility, energetic, enthusiastic and fast learner.
